Payment options: Regular price: £13.50/week
Pay in full £121.50 for 9 sessions
Pay £27 deposit now and split the balance over three monthly payments of £31.50 (Jan, Feb & March). We have a NEW subscription option for this. You will be sent a link to sign up to the monthly payments in January. Payments will then be collected automatically each month.
For siblings, please pay a deposit for each child.
Club dates:
9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th January, 6th & 27th February, 6th, 13th & 20th March
(Please note, no club during half term and on inset days the 13th February and 27th March)
Scholarship spaces are available to attendees who need a lower price to access the club, they are not means tested, we all have times of financial hardship. These are priced at £9.50/week. Please email hello@loveartstudios.co.uk to sign up for a scholarship space.
If term has started and you wish you book for the rest of term, please email us for a payment link hello@loveartstudios.co.uk
If a club is not a maximum capacity, we can offer single sessions for £15.00.
Our clubs run all term unless the space we use is not available and we are notified by school. If we are notified of the space not being available and term has started we will do our best to find an alternative space in school or offer a credit. If the school closes because of something like a power cut or no water we cannot offer a refund, but can credit a session for the following term.
Cancellations
Whenever possible we will refund for cancellations, we understand children can change their minds and it’s in no ones interests to have a child at a club they do not want to be at. Please email Abi hello@loveartstudios.co.uk if you find yourself in this position.
