LOCATION: KING EDWARD HALL, LINDFIELD
Following on from our beginners Intro to Watercolour, or for those with a little more experience. Join George to get to know your watercolours through practicing techniques to illustrate fabulous buildings.
During this course we will look at big and small, modern and old houses. We will learn how to tackle brickwork, tiles, windows and reflections. Don’t worry if perspective and drawing skills are not fully developed!
We will cover lots of techniques including wet on wet, masking, textures, adding backgrounds flicking and dry brush.
By the end of the course, you’ll be inspired to tackle more buildings!
YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING ART MATERIALS:
Size 6 Watercolour Brush with a pointed tip
Size 1 Watercolour Brush with a pointed tip
A4 350gsm Heavyweight Watercolour Paper Pad
Watercolour Paint palette
A putty rubber
If you have your own materials, great, bring them along!
