Payment options: Regular price: £13.50/week
Pay in full £135.00 for 10 sessions
Pay £27 deposit now and split the balance over three monthly payments of £36.00 (Jan, Feb & March). We have a NEW subscription option for this. You will be sent a link to sign up to the monthly payments in January. Payments will then be collected automatically each month.
For siblings, please pay a deposit per child.
Club dates - please note that we have listed all 11 Wednesday’s of term, but there will be a parents evening so we have priced full term and monthly payments for 10 sessions:
7th, 14th, 21st & 28th January
4th, 11th & 25th February
4th, 11th & 25th March
(no club during half term)
Scholarship spaces are available to attendees who need a lower price to access the club, they are not means tested, we all have times of financial hardship. These are priced at £9.50/week. Please email hello@loveartstudios.co.uk to sign up for a scholarship space.
If term has started and you wish you book for the rest of term, please email us for a payment link hello@loveartstudios.co.uk
If a club is not a maximum capacity, we can offer single sessions for £15.00.
Club Cancellations Outside of Our Control
Our clubs run on the dates listed unless the space we use becomes unavailable and we are notified by the school.
If we are informed that the space is unavailable after the term has started, we will make reasonable efforts to secure an alternative space within the school.
In the event that a session cannot go ahead due to circumstances beyond our control - such as school closure caused by loss of utilities (for example, water or power), extreme weather, or other unforeseen events - refunds are not available.
Any decision to offer a credit for a future term will be entirely at our discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Whenever possible we will refund for cancellations, we understand children can change their minds and it’s in no ones interests to have a child at a club they do not want to be at. Please email Abi hello@loveartstudios.co.uk if you find yourself in this position.
