At Love Art Studios we create calm, welcoming spaces where children, young people and adults can explore their creativity at their own pace. Our sessions focus on enjoyment, self expression and connection, with experienced facilitators who nurture confidence through making.

We offer a range of creative opportunities outside of school so families can access art that feels supportive, inclusive and inspiring.

For children and young people we offer:

  • After school art clubs — relaxed sessions where children can unwind, experiment with materials and make art in their own way (Primary schools in Ditchling Tues & Fri, Albourne Wed & we hire the village centre in Hurstpierpoint on a Wed)

  • Holiday art clubs — creative days that encourage play, curiosity and imaginative making during school breaks (aimed at ages 5-10yrs)

  • 1:1 art mentors — gentle, tailored creative support built around each child’s interests, needs and pace. Our team is experienced with low demand and collaborative learning

  • Art party — thoughtful, fun and creative celebrations where every child is supported to take part and enjoy the process

  • Teen Studio Time — dedicated studio sessions in Hassocks in the holidays for teens who want space to develop their own ideas, try new materials and work more independently in a supportive creative environment. Can support portfolio building/Arts Award

For adults we offer:

  • Adult art sessions — calm, friendly workshops for beginners to experienced makers, designed around creative exploration rather than pressure to perform

  • Adult group sessions — creative, social making sessions for friends, families or community groups who want to spend meaningful time together through art

  • Adult 1:1 in your own home - learn at your own pace, choose from our team of highly skilled creatives and improve observational drawing, painting techniques, printing, sewing or paper flower craft.

FAQ

  • We have children that have started school from 4yrs old at our after school and holiday clubs. Groups, parties, team building can be any age.

  • We are a team of professional creatives and have a wide range of experience, including the following:

    • Illustration

    • Botanical drawing and painting

    • Acrylics, watercolour and mixed media

    • Sewing, knitting, weaving, crochet & macrame

    • Paper flowers and craft

  • Each session is priced individually, the after school clubs start at £13.50 per session if you book for the term.

    Adult group sessions depend how long they are, we would recommend 3hr+ so you can get something finished. They are usually priced from £55pp.

    Holiday clubs are from £35pp.

    Parties are bespoke, we price up depending on the group size and supplies needed. If there is 8 or less you can have 1 lead artist, over 9 guests we would provide an assistant.
