We work in partnership with schools to deliver inspiring, well organised whole school art projects that feel calm, enriching and genuinely collaborative.
Each project begins with a conversation. Together, we shape a creative theme that fits your school’s needs - this might link to a whole school topic, curriculum focus, class names, or a specific idea such as birds, world textiles, or a shared cultural theme. From there, we design a project that works practically and creatively for your setting.
On the day, our experienced team comes in and transforms your hall or shared space into a creative hub. We set up clearly structured art stations, allowing classes or groups of pupils to rotate smoothly through activities. With a team of up to 10 artists and facilitators, we can confidently accommodate large numbers of students while maintaining a calm, supportive atmosphere.
We create a detailed timetable in advance, including transitions and clear down times and always allow for lunchtime use of the hall where needed. We bring everything with us - table coverings, high-quality art materials, and plenty of enthusiasm - so the experience is seamless for staff and pupils.
Our team is experienced in working with children with SEND and we take great care to create sessions that are inclusive, gentle and confidence building. Where a child has a 1:1 support arrangement, this support should continue to be provided by the school during the sessions.
Artwork can be displayed as part of the project and we’re very happy to support with this - it works best when display plans are discussed in advance. We also understand that many children love taking their artwork home, and we can build this into the planning too.
Above all, these sessions are designed to feel unhurried, joyful, and meaningful - giving children the space to explore creativity in a way that feels safe, engaging, and memorable.

We have learned that whole school projects work best without paint because of needing to dry multiple paintings and the hall needing to be used for lunch time. We bring pencils, felt tips, pastels, crayons, maker pens, felt tips pens, high lighters. If you wanted a painting session we would use watercolours as they dry fast!

We are a team of professional creatives and run after school clubs and holiday clubs for primary aged children in Sussex. We also work 1:1 with SEND children not attending school.

Our days are bespoke, we are transparent about prep, we often print out templates and work closely with school to manage expectations. We can also work to a budget if that works better for you.
Previous days have been between £650-850 for schools with under 200 pupils.

Our experienced team schedule the day around breaks and lunch time. We make sure that each class gets a creative experience to remember and feels supported and encouraged.

Absolutely! It also might be that you know you want to do something on a particular topic but are stuck on what to do exactly. Our creative team are extremely good with ideas!

Its a really lovely experience for the children’s art work to be displayed in school and appreciated by visitors/other children/school teams. Art brings so much joy!
We can make suggestions for display to school.
We make sure artwork is named and children usually would like their artwork to take home after the display.
In our team we have experienced pattern creators, you pupils artwork could become a fabric or paper design and used around school or to fundraise for tea towels.
